The machine is specially designed for mass production of non-printed bottom sealing bags. With the optional attachment, hot block pin, auto puncher or manual puncher, also can make t-shirt bags.
Two sealing bars (upper & down) are incorporated, so this is just equal to two machine in one to get high output.
Four lines bags can be produced simultaneously, for this purpose there are four independent films feeding system in the machine. The machine can also be designed to have six lines operation by incorporating 6 feeding motors according to customer’s special requirement. When the production of bigger size bag is required, the rear splits rollers can conjoint to two complete rollers just to adjust one screw.
The film feeding system is controlled by individual rear sensors, to have most stable and smooth film feeding.
By incorporating with “ film exhaustion scanner” the machine will stop automatically when the film runs out.
These two sealing bar all designed to be interchangeable: one side with single sealing line for making bottom sealing bags, the opposite side with two sealing lines for making T-shirt bags.
Japanese made servo motor system is incorporated to ensure the accuracy the sealing and cutting and to have higher speed and most stable operation.
Transistor inverter is installed instead of conventional speed changer is installed instead of conventional speed changer to achieve machine’s easy operation, stable running, higher speed operation, sealing/cutting accuracy, electricity saving and free from the problems caused by speed changer such as belt wearing and breakdown.
From the immediate reaction of “front sensor” installed in front of spring cutter, machine will stop automatically to avoid any film wasting and any damage to spring cutter whenever the bags were squeezed during out feeding.
Automatic conveyor system is combined with the machine to conveyor the finished bag automatically, so the worker can take care of 2-3 machines simultaneously to save labor cost.
Optional attachment ”hot block pin” is used for making T-shirt bags. Twin sets of hot block pins are incorporated. The top and bottom sealed bags can be blocked into one pile as certain numbers of bags preset on the digital counter, then the worker can take each blocked pile of bags to punching device to complete the processing of the T-shirt bags production very easy.
