The machine is designed for making printed bottom sealing bags. Also with the optional attachment, hot block pin, auto conveyor auto puncher or manual puncher.
The machine can also make t-shirt bag.
The sealing bar is designed for dual purposes: One side with single sealing line for making bottom sealing bag, the other side with two sealing line for making t-shirt bags.
Using rear sensor to control flow of film to ensure the most stable and smooth film feeding.
Using German made photocell for print registration to convert the printed film into bags most accurately.
The machine is specially designed to stop automatically to avoid any film wasting whenever the photocell cannot catch the printed pattern.
Japanese made servo system is incorporated to ensure the accuracy of the sealing and cutting and to have higher speed operation.
Transistor inverter is installed instead of conventional speed changer to achieve easy operation, stable running, higher speed operation, sealing / cutting accuracy, electricity saving and free from the problem caused by speed changer such as belt wearing and breakdown, etc.
