Compact Mini Type Film Blown Line
HMB Series machine is compact, economical and user-friendly, it is a mini machine but has all the heavy-duty equipment needed for a quick start-up and reliable production of narrow HDPE/LDPE film tubing.

  • Ideal for producing HDPE/LDPE film for making T-shirt bags & plain bags.
  • Longer screw & barrel at 30/1 ( screw has two mixing section design ) for better mixing, specially for recycled material.
  • Bi-metallic treatment on screw flight to ensure longer lifetime.
  • Three temperature control zones for barrel cooling, and more accurate temperature control for the bubble stability.
  • Two temperature control zones for die, making it much easier to control the bubble stability for different materials, especially for recycled material.
  • Gear box is a compact, durable, longer lifetime design, and the thrust bearing in the gear box is SKF29416, able to support upto 25HP motor.
  • Cooler is a larger multi-piping type, easy for repair and maintenance.
  • Six zones of temperature control, for more accurate temperature control and better performance.
  • Independent embossing roller in addition to take up nip rollers. To ensure better results and longer lifetime ofrollers. All pneumatically control. ( option )
  • Winder can be upgraded to deluxe type, with winding dia. upto 1000mm. ( option )
