Co-extrusion Mini Type Film Blown Line
HMB-DL Series machine is a super-compact co-extrusion blown film line, it has two extruders under the mini-type machine frame, capable of making two layer of AB or 3 layer of ABA structure PE co-extrusion blown film at low investment cost.

  • Ideal for garbage bag or mixed with high percentage recycled material.
  • Film in two layers structure, film is not so easy to be broken in producing when using a lot of recycled material, so it reduces the time for the operator of pulling up the bubble due to breaking.
  • Longer screw & barrel at 30/1, with two mixing sections for better mixing, specially for recycled material longer lifetime.
  • Two temperature control zones for die, much easier to control the bubble stability for different materials, especially for recycled material.
  • Two-rollers Independent type of embossing roller apart from take up nip rollers instead of economic one-roller type. To have better embossing result and longer lifetime of rollers. All pneumatic control. (option)
  • Thrust bearing in the gear box is SKF29416.
