DL Series is a two-extruder co-ex machine to produce 2 layer AB or 3 layer ABA film, co-extrusion allows processors to combine different materials to meet a wide variety of demanding packaging applications.

  • The Oscillating Haul-Off Unit provides a better gauge randomization by spreading gauge irregularities formed both in the melt between the die face and frost line and in the film up through the collapsing frame.
  • The DL series has 2 extruders to process multilayer film.
  • The automatic surface type winder produces high quality film roll with even edges and consistent hardness.
  • The Edge Guide is used to keep the edge of the film perfectly in line.
